PUT-CALL SHOWING THE BUY!

Investors who paid attention to the persistent PUT to CALL ratio of less than 50% in late 1999 got out of the market before the bursting of the bubble. Those who paid attention to the spikes above 100 made some nice trades the past few years. The PUT-CALL shows the market could take off at any time. The last time the PUT-CALL moving average was at or near these levels was in late 1995 or early 1996. An opportunity does not come along like this but about once every 10 years!
